Nichole owns Up Medical Care as an Arkansas independent nurse practitioner. With about 20 years of nursing experience, she brings urgent, primary, emergency, and advanced IV care experience to a clinic built on honesty, integrity, and compassion.
Licensed Practical Nurse, IV Certified
Madge brings steady clinical skill and an easy laugh to the clinic. She is IV certified, quick to make patients feel at ease, and grounded by the family she loves outside of work.

William supports the business side of Up Medical Care so the clinical team can stay focused on patients. His work helps keep the practice organized, responsive, and rooted in its mission.
Our story
Nichole McLemore grew up on a Kansas farm, where work ethic, straight answers, and caring for neighbors were part of daily life. Those values followed her into nursing in the mid-2000s and through years of emergency, primary, urgent, and family-focused care.
Up Medical Care is the clinic she wanted families to have: a place where urgent needs and long-term health can be handled with honesty, integrity, and compassion. For Nichole, this practice is also a ministry: a way to use her training, independence, and experience in service of people who need someone to listen and follow through.
